When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 4:00 PM on a working day, we will ship your order the same day. We ship from Monday to Friday via PostNL.

Please note: although we always ship on time, delays in the delivery service are beyond our control.

Depending on the country of delivery, €1.99 (Belgium), €4.99, or €7.99. Shipping costs are determined at checkout.

Stock status

Each product clearly states whether it is in stock. Does it say "In stock"? Then the following applies: ordered today before 4:00 PM = delivered tomorrow (except Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery failed?

Are you not at home during the first delivery attempt?

  • PostNL will try again at another time

  • You will then receive a card with information about where and when you can pick up the package (e.g. a PostNL point).

Pick up in Enschede

Would you rather pick up your order yourself? That's possible!

Select 'Pickup' when ordering. After confirmation you can collect your order at TelePunt upon presentation of your invoice + identification. TelePunt is open on monday to saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM:
