Security and trust: 12 months standard warranty

At iPaddy we are behind the quality of our refurbished iPads. That's why you will receive standard 12 months warranty On every device. This warranty gives you the certainty of a reliable purchase, so that you can enjoy your refurbished iPad with confidence. If something is wrong with your device within the warranty period, we will be happy to resolve it for you.

Warranty conditions

On all iPaddy products you are entitled to a legal guarantee in accordance with European directives. This means that a product must do what you can expect reasonably.

  • The product must be in good condition when delivery
  • And with normal use at least 12 months function properly

Extra guarantees do not affect your legal rights. If in doubt whether a defect falls under the warranty, you can always contact us.

What is covered by the warranty?

The following parts and functions fall within 12 months warranty (with normal use):

  • Problems with the microphone or loudspeaker (no dust or moisture damage)
  • WiFi or network problems
  • Motherboard problems
  • Touchscreen Defects (partially or fully non-functioning)
  • Physical buttons
  • Battery/battery When it runs out quickly or overheats

We guarantee a good battery so that you can use your iPad undisturbed for a longer period of time. Does the battery run out too quickly within the warranty period? Then we replace it free of charge.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage or defects:

  • Fall, bump or moisture damage
  • Inadequate use (such as broken screen, torn parts)
  • Application of illegal software
  • Repairs by external, non-recognized parties
  • SIM card reader or curved devices
  • Touch ID After replacing the home button
  • Broken camera lens
  • Damaged or polluted loading connector
  • Losing parts of the headphone connection / AUX-Flex
  • Defect After the 12 -month warranty period

Warranty on accessories

Accessories fall under a separate warranty period 6 months From the purchase date.

An accessory is exchanged free of charge in the event of defects Without visible fracture or nods damage.

What to do in the event of a defect?

1. Contact us
First call us on 053 - 2340234 so that we can rule out the defect caused by a user error. Sometimes we can solve the problem directly by telephone.

2. Submit or bring
Will it not work from a distance? Then we ask you to send or bring the device to us. Make sure you:

  • The iPad well packaged (unobtrusive, sturdy and protected)
  • The 'Find my iPad' function disables
  • You Apple ID removes of the device
  • A Backup makes your data (iPaddy is not liable for data loss)

3. Repair or replacement
Is the defect under warranty? Then we will repair your iPad free of charge. If that is not possible, you will receive an equivalent replacement model.

Postage costs:

  • Return shipment After repair/replacement is at the expense of iPaddy (within the Netherlands and Belgium)
  • Use a sturdy, neutral packaging in which the content is not immediately recognizable. Also send the supplied accessories (charger, charging cable).
