Refund policy

At iPaddy you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

Withdrawal period

The 30-day period starts on the day on which you (or a designated third party) acquire physical possession of the product. You then have 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our return request system via the button below. This allows you to quickly and easily start a return request.

You can also report a return via an unambiguous statement, for example the European model withdrawal form. Clearly state that it is a cancellation, not a repair.

Would you rather not be notified in advance? You may also return the product immediately, as long as the return clearly shows that it concerns a withdrawal.

What happens after your return?

After receiving your return you will receive:

  • A full refund, including standard shipping costs

  • Unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than standard when ordering

Refund:

  • This is done via the same payment method you used to pay

  • Within 14 days of receiving your return

NB:

  • We may wait to refund until we have received the return shipment

  • You are on time if you send the package before the end of the 14 days after notification

Returns Conditions

To prevent damage or delay, we ask you to take the following conditions into account:

  • If possible, return in original packaging

  • Pack the product properly - preferably in an extra outer box

  • No stickers or tape directly on the original packaging

  • Remove Apple ID/account and empty iPad (click here for step-by-step plan)

  • Add the invoice or a copy thereof to the package

Please note: you are liable for diminished value if you have used the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess it. We will send back any returns that do not meet the conditions.
