When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 4:00 PM on a working day, we will ship your order the same day. We ship from Monday to Friday via PostNL.

Please note: although we always ship on time, delays in the delivery service are beyond our control.

Stock status

Each product clearly states whether it is in stock. Does it say "In stock"? Then the following applies: ordered today before 4:00 PM = delivered tomorrow (except Sundays and public holidays).

Are you not at home during the first delivery attempt?

  • You will then receive a notification with information where and when you can pick up the package (e.g. a PostNL point).

When ordering, choose 'Collection'. You can collect your order the next working day upon presentation of your invoice + identification between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at:
