Not completely satisfied? Return at iPaddy

With iPaddy you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).

Revocation

The 30 -day period starts on the day on which you (or a designated third party) get the product physically in possession. You then have 7 days to return the product.

Request back

Currently, due to a technical malfunction, it is not possible to automatically create a return label. So contact us and we will send you the label by e-mail.

You can also report return via an unambiguous statement, for example the European model form for withdrawal. Clearly state that it is a revocation, not a repair.

Prefer no report in advance? You can also return the product immediately, as long as the return shipment is clear that it is about withdrawal.

What happens after your return?

After receiving your return you will receive:

• The full purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs

• Except if you have opted for a more expensive shipping method than standard when ordering

Reimbursement:

• Happens through the same payment method that you have paid for

• Within 14 days of receiving your return

NB:

• We can wait to repay until we have received the return shipment

• You are on time if you send the package before the end of the 7 days after notification

Conditions for returning

To prevent damage or delay, we ask you to take into account the following conditions:

• If possible, return in original packaging

• Pack the product well - preferably in an extra row

• No stickers or tape directly on the original packaging

• Delete Apple ID/Account and empty iPad (click here for step -by -step plan)

• Add the invoice or a copy to the package

Please note: you are liable for value reduction if you have used the product in a way that goes beyond to assess it. We will return return shipments that do not meet the conditions.
