Repairs via telepunt

You can go to Telepunt for repair of:

• Apple iPads, iPhones and MacBooks

• Smartphones from other brands

• Smartwatches

• Consoles

• Apple Desktops/Laptops

You can register your device via the form and send it to our address. We ensure that it ends up safely at the telepunt.

Instructions for registering a repair

1. State clearly which parts or functions are defective

2. Pack your device firmly in a box with sufficient protection

3. Remove your Apple ID and put the device back to factory settings

4. Always back up your data before sending the device

Note before shipment:

• Remove your iCloud account (find my iPad/iPhone) - without this step the repair cannot be performed

• Return the device to factory settings

• Screen protectors/protective glass that must be removed are at your own risk/costs

This way you remove your iCloud account (find my iPad):

1. Go to www.icloud.com/find

2. Log in with your Apple ID

3. Click on 'all devices' and select the correct device

4. Click on 'Delete from account' (if offline)

5. Confirm with your password to definitively delete
