Security and confidence: 12 months standard warranty
At iPaddy we stand behind the quality of our refurbished iPads. That's why you receive standard 12 months warranty on every device. This warranty gives you the assurance of a reliable purchase, so that you can enjoy your refurbished iPad with peace of mind. If there is something wrong with your device within the warranty period, we will be happy to solve it for you.
Warranty conditions
You are entitled to a legal warranty on all iPaddy products in accordance with European guidelines. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
- The product must be in good condition upon delivery
- And with normal use it will function well for at least 12 months
Additional guarantees do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any doubts about whether a defect is covered by the warranty, you can always contact us.
What is covered by the warranty?
The following parts and functions are covered by the 12 month warranty (under normal use):
- Problems with the microphone or speaker (no dust or moisture damage)
- WiFi or network problems
- Motherboard problems
- Touchscreen defects (partially or completely non-functioning)
- Physical buttons
- Accu/battery when it drains quickly or overheats
We guarantee a good battery so that you can use your iPad undisturbed for a longer period of time. Does the battery drain too quickly within the warranty period? We will then replace it free of charge.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage or defects due to:
- Fall, impact or moisture damage
- Improper use (such as broken screen, torn parts)
- Application of pirated software
- Repairs by external, unauthorized parties
- SIM card reader or curved devices
- Touch ID after replacing the home button
- Broken camera lens
- Damaged or dirty charging connector
- Loose parts of the headphone jack / AUX flex
- Defects after the 12 month warranty period
Warranty on accessories
Accessories are covered by a separate warranty period 6 months from the date of purchase.
An accessory will be exchanged free of charge in the event of defects without visible breakage or kinking damage.
What to do in case of a defect?
1. Contact us
Call us first on 053 - 2340234 so that we can rule out that the defect is caused by user error. Sometimes we can solve the problem directly by telephone.
2. Send it in or drop it off
Can't it work remotely? We then ask you to send the device to us or bring it to us. Make sure you:
- The iPad is well packaged (unobtrusive, sturdy and protected)
- The Turn off the Find My iPad feature
- You Remove Apple ID of the device
- A backs up your data (iPaddy is not liable for data loss)
3. Repair or replacement
Is the defect covered by warranty? Then we will repair your iPad free of charge. If that is not possible, you will receive an equivalent replacement model.
Postage costs:
- Cost for it send of the device are at our expense

Returns after repair/replacement is at the expense of iPaddy (within the Netherlands and Belgium)
- Use sturdy, neutral packaging in which the contents are not immediately recognizable. Also send the supplied accessories (charger, charging cable).
