Apple Watch Series 12 – Smarter insight into your health
The Apple Watch Series 12 is designed for everyday use, sports and health. Thanks to the updated Health Sensing System, important health data is accurately tracked. Your heart rate is measured every five seconds during the day and heart rate variability (HRV) is recorded up to 24 times more often. This gives you more insight into, among other things, your effort, stress and recovery.
Readiness Score and Health Age
The new readiness score from 0 to 10 brings together activity, training load, vital values and sleep in one clear score. In the updated Health app you also gain insight into your Health Age.
Personal health insights
Through the new Longevity and Insights tab, Apple Intelligence can provide personal insights and advice based on your data. These features are expected to be available later in 2026 and will launch in English in the United States.
Audio Intelligence
The Apple Watch Series 12 has smart audio functions. For example, sound recognition can recognize a doorbell, while Live Rewind allows you to go back up to 15 seconds in a conversation. Siri Recap can summarize conversations and information. This data is encrypted end-to-end. The new Audio Intelligence features are expected to be available later in 2026.
Powerful S11 chip and privacy
The S11 chip ensures fast and efficient performance. Secure Exclave provides additional protection for sensitive data and supports features such as the Health Sensing System and Audio Intelligence.
Band size
The Apple Watch Series 12 comes with two band sizes, so you always get a good fit:
- S/M – Suitable for a wrist circumference of 140 to 180 mm
- M/L – Suitable for a wrist circumference of 160 to 210 mm
Are you unsure about the right size? Measure your wrist circumference with a measuring tape or string for the best fit. The band should fit comfortably without being too tight.
WiFi version
This model connects via WiFi and works in conjunction with a compatible iPhone. Please note: this does not concern a Cellular or 5G version.
